Recruitment for Head of MEP Construction

Due to expansion needs, Anh Khang Cleanroom M&E Joint Stock Company urgently announces recruitment for the following position:

1. Position: HEAD OF MEP CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT (CLEANROOM)
2. Quantity: 01 person
3. Work location: B-7 Xuan Phuong Garden, Phuong Canh Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi
4. Job description

- Manage, plan, and implement project activities (from preparation, commencement, to construction execution) in compliance with procedures and legal regulations.

- Coordinate all project activities from project initiation to project completion (schedule, manpower, project quality, and costs).

- Inspect and monitor the quality, progress, and costs of the project.

- Propose and ensure construction methods, inspection and acceptance plans, construction procedures, and work instructions.

- Manage contractors in terms of quantity, quality, and implementation progress in accordance with the contract.

- Work with Investors, Supervision Consultants, and contractors to ensure project tasks are carried out according to the approved plan.

- Closely coordinate with relevant company departments to implement projects in the most effective manner.

- Organize, assign, and direct all activities of the assigned project, and take responsibility to the Board of Directors for assigned tasks.

- Manage contract values and total project estimates.

- Manage costs and subcontractor contracts.

- Control budget implementation and monitor construction costs.

- Coordinate with departments, the management board, suppliers, and subcontractors to implement projects effectively.

- Review and confirm payment and final settlement documents for projects.

- Report project progress and costs to the Director as required.

- Organize and manage the activities of the Accounting Department.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

5. Requirements

- University degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering, Construction Project Management, or related fields.

- At least 3 years of experience in an equivalent position as Head of Construction Department or similar roles in MEP and cleanroom projects.

- Strong and extensive understanding of planning, construction techniques, quality management principles, and their application in company operations.

- Solid knowledge of construction organization procedures and construction supervision procedures.

- Clear understanding of payment, final settlement, project completion documentation, and quality management dossier preparation procedures.

- Ability to plan, organize, lead, and control M&E project implementation.

- Able to work well under pressure.
