On January 16, at Dai An Industrial Park, Cam Giang District (Hai Duong), SD Global Vietnam Factory was inaugurated and officially put into operation. AKME was trusted as the unit to construct and install cleanroom items for the production workshop, meeting ISO-14644 standards.

SD Global Vietnam Factory, under Ruykil C&S Company (Korea), has a total investment capital of over 17 million USD, specializing in the production and inspection of tempered glass, screens, and camera glass for mobile phones.

It is expected that each year, the factory will produce 6 million screen glasses, 6 million camera glasses, and inspect 12,000 protective glasses for mobile phones.

Ruykil C&S Company is an enterprise specializing in the production of cases and curved screens for smartphones with an average growth rate of 30% per year. SD Global Vietnam Factory is the first factory of Ruykil C&S Company invested abroad.

In the future, SD Global Vietnam Factory is expected to specialize in the production of screens for various types of smartphones and wearable IT devices - products that are growing strongly in the Vietnamese market.
