Initially established as Thai Duong Veterinary Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., specializing in importing and distributing veterinary medicines, the company transitioned into SVT Thai Duong Veterinary Medicine Joint Stock Company in February 2010. It then invested $3 million to construct a GMP-WHO standard veterinary medicine manufacturing plant at Nguyen Khe Industrial Park, Dong Anh, Hanoi.

In 2017, AKME was honored to collaborate with the company on the “Construction of Sunvet Veterinary Medicine Manufacturing Plant”, executing the installation of cleanroom components for the production facility. The SVT Thai Duong Veterinary Medicine manufacturing system was officially recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture as meeting international GMP-WHO standards, including GLP-Good Laboratory Practice and GSP-Good Storage Practice. It also became the fourth veterinary medicine factory in Northern Vietnam to achieve GMP-WHO certification.

With a well-structured and standardized cleanroom system, SVT Thai Duong ensures product stability from raw material intake, stringent quality control during production, and final product testing in its GLP-certified laboratory before market distribution.
